Easy returns, thoughtfully handled
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The product must be unused and unwashed
• It must be in its original packaging
• All tags and components should be intact
Return Charges
We offer the option of returning your items using our home collection service.
A ₹200 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee helps cover reverse logistics and processing.
Exceptions
The return fee will not be applicable if:
• You receive a damaged product
• You receive a defective or incorrect item
How to Request a Return
If you have placed your order through an account, you can request a return from the Returns section of your account.
If you have placed a guest order, you can request a return through the link shared in your order confirmation email.

Pickup Process
Once your return request is placed:
• A pickup will be arranged within 48–72 hours
• The courier will collect the package from your chosen address
• You do not need to print a return label it will be provided by the courier
Additional Information
• This return service is available for online purchases only
• It is not necessary to include a printed invoice or receipt inside the package
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and passes a quality check:
• Your refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Timelines may vary depending on your payment provider
