Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines are 5–7 business days across India. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable in case of returns. Logistics partners include Shipmozo and Ekart.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only under eligible conditions. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
